Sales Executive, MSP
The MSP Sales Executive develops qualified opportunities, runs discovery, communicates Velocity standards, coordinates assessments, and helps prospects choose the right managed IT path.

Help Arizona organizations evaluate managed IT with honest discovery, practical fit, and clear follow-up.
Velocity work is grounded in local managed IT delivery: Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, SonicWall/Fortinet/Ubiquiti, backups/DR, QBRs, ticket queues, onboarding, standards alignment, and white-glove support for Phoenix and East Valley businesses.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify Phoenix and East Valley businesses that fit Velocity managed IT services.
- Run discovery around current support, Microsoft 365, security, backup, network, projects, and business timing.
- Coordinate network assessments, proposal inputs, and handoffs with technical and leadership teams.
- Maintain clean CRM notes, follow-up actions, and forecast discipline.
- Sell with fit, integrity, and clear expectations instead of vague promises.
Must-have qualifications
- B2B sales experience with consultative discovery and disciplined follow-up.
- Ability to learn and explain MSP services, support models, security basics, and assessment value.
- Strong local relationship-building and written communication.
- Comfort with pipeline hygiene, qualification, and direct outreach.
Nice-to-have experience
- MSP, telecom, cloud, cybersecurity, copier, SaaS, or IT services sales experience.
- Existing Phoenix or East Valley business network.
- Experience selling assessment-led services rather than one-call commodities.
